I honestly can’t recommend Honda World highly enough!I recently purchased a 2015 Honda CR-V from a dealership and wanted the peace of mind of having it inspected by Honda specialists. From the moment I arrived, the team were incredibly welcoming, professional and transparent. They carried out a thorough inspection free of charge and immediately identified a number of issues that needed attention. They were more than happy to walk me through everything, explain what they’d found, and even encouraged me to take photos so I could provide evidence back to the dealership.Thanks to their detailed report, I was able to have the major warranty issue repaired by the dealership at no cost. Once that was completed, I brought the car back to Honda World where Connor took care of the remaining maintenance, including a transmission service, and even checked over the dealership’s repair work to make sure everything had been completed properly. Exceptional service from Fred and the team at HondaWorld.After being told elsewhere that my car likely needed a transmission replacement (at a cost of 4-5k!) I sought a 2nd opinion from Hondaworld. Fred took the time to listen carefully to the symptoms before carrying out a diagnostic check. He then identified a severely split air intake hose within minutes of opening the bonnet, showed me exactly what was wrong, explained why it was causing the symptoms, and replaced it then and there, ($185.)He was patient, honest and happy to answer all of my questions. It’s rare to find service that leaves you feeling genuinely confident you’ve been looked after.I’ll certainly be returning for future servicing and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fred and the team at HondaWorld to anyone with a Honda.

I have been going to Hondworld for around 10 years, they have serviced our family’s Hondas, CRV, MDX, Civic and now Jazz. It’s a family run business (from what I can gather), which provides expert free advice on all makes and models of Honda, over the phone or in person. They have new and quality second hand parts; their servicing and mechanical repairs pricing is very budget friendly.They are honest, reliable and guarantee all their work including mechanical repairs and second- hand parts. What I like most, they are one stop shop, providing great customer service, nothing fancy that you get extra charges for. I would highly recommend taking my Honda to have it serviced, and for getting parts on all makes and models.

I visited Hondaworld from the west side of Melbourne because of their reputation, and I was absolutely blown away by the level of service. My local mechanics were either unwilling or unable to repair my 2004 Accord.Hondaworld not only fixed my car's major issue, but they also addressed several minor annoyances that l'd learned to live with for years. Definitely worth the trip.

Hondworld diagnosed and fixed an issue with my Honda CRV that multiple other workshops had been unable to fix. They completed the repair within a single school day, charged only a third of what Honda quoted and carried out a full service that identified maintenance items my previous mechanic had never mentioned. Affordable, reliable, honest!Went to buy a second hand CRV, Thomas was incredibly communicable and helpful over the phone in organising an inspection. Upon arriving, unfortunately the car had already sold to an eager early bird. Thomas was friendly and took the time to teach me about particular things to check for when inspecting similar CRVs on the market. He also offered a complete pre purchase inspection at a rate which is well below the market price. Highly recommend!

I have been a regular customer of HondWorld and as usual booked my car for a service with them. Just prior to the date of the booking while I was driving home late at night I had the dashboard light up and the cruise control stopped working assuming this was a serious issue, I didn’t want to risk waiting for my appointment with HondWorld and to have to drive back to Mulgrave not knowing what was the issue. So, I decided to take it to a mechanic close to home instead. After paying a service fee of $780, I found that the cruise control wasn’t fixed. I called Chris at HondWorld and asked if he can help. Without hesitation, he asked me to bring the car around and fixed the cruise control for me for free. HondWorld are not only the best mechanics but also the most genuine people.

Fantastic place for Hondas: I take my car there for regular maintenance and when it has a problem or breakdown, and I've never been disappointed with their service. These guys are competent and fast: the quality-price ratio is unbeatable.
