Hondworld was recommended to me to follow up an engine issue with my Accord. Chris was very involved from my first call, to when I dropped the car off , to when the car was ready the next day. Chris was able to determine that the timing belt was the main issue, from a first inspection, and provided an immediate quote. I was provided a courtesy car without even asking as I travelled across town. Old school mechanics in an industrial setting. Car is running like new, would recommend Chris and his team for specialist work.

I was in a real pickle getting the parts I needed when my car had broken down. Living in rural NSW I thought it was going to be a very long delay as my mechanic couldn’t find the parts anywhere. Chris and the team not only had the parts I needed but dispatched them very promptly just as he’d promised. The parts arrived one day later and I am mobile again. They were very busy as always at Hondworld but Chris did exactly as promised. Not something that always happens especially in very busy businesses. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I visited Hondworld today and had a minor issue with my Civic, I spoke to Fred and he came out to the car, found the problem in two seconds and supplied the part FREE of charge. I was looking to get a Cvt O ring for my 2018 Honda Jazz from a local Honda spare parts department but there are no stock at all in Victoria and Honda HQ is on back order and won't be arrived in early October, so I went to Hondaworld to try my luck yesterday , given the correct Honda part number to the Staff, he was very helpful to check it out from their boxes of parts but nothing in stock, then he walk to the end of the warehouse and found one in a really good condition and didn't charge me anything.When try to replace it on my Jazz but its one size bigger , doesn't fit.But still I am very grateful the staff from Hondaworld was super helpful to find the O ring for me even its not fit in the end.Will definitely come back again if anything in need in the future.Thank you very much again.

Absolutely love Hondworld. Took my car in today to Hondworld in Clayton as my Honda Accord V6 had developed a tapping sound. I wasn’t sure where the sound was coming from but the mechanics at Hondworld knew right away that it was a bad tensioner. They recommended that I do not drive the car and we immediately get it replaced. Soon after they sent me a video of the timing belt and it appears to be extremely loose and an image of the debris of the timing belt found in the timing cover (shown below). If I had waited even a day, the timing of the engine could have gone out and I’d need a new engine. The great guys at Hondworld have just saved my car from a terrible disaster and I’m thankful to have their expertise if I need it in the future!

First class! Thomas, Fred, and everyone at Hondaworld were simply excellent. The car required an engine rebuild so they organised to pick it up, take it back to their premises, and started working on it. Three days later it was fixed, and for just over half the price I was quoted at a dealership.In short, excellent and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Chris is a great old fashioned mechanic. Rocked up to get a quote for a retransmission. Went for a drive with Chris - he diagnosed the problem was an engine mount! Watched the mechanic change it out - if was stuffed - why didn't the dealers mechanic find this? Went for another drive - the engine issues I was told was transmission was fixed with new coils. Drives great now - saved $$$ and will be a repeat customer! Thanks Chris and Conner great job - and thanks for the educational experiance too :).

Was told by our regular service people that there was a problem that needed mechanics to fix, went around so many people who said it was something or other. Wasted so much time. Chris and the team at HondWorld are the personification of what an excellent mechanic setup should be; the team is extremely knowledgeable and know exactly what they're talking about, they assess your vehicle and phone you quickly to let you know what it needs, whether it be something as minor as a headlight polish or something more costly like a rear main seal. As an educator travelling 1000km a week at least in a car which is now eligible for club rego, I need my car to be safe and reliable. Since servicing my car with HondWorld for the last hundred thousand kilometres or so, I have never had a breakdown. My collection of Hondas has grown so now the team have serviced two of my cars and I referred my Dad there too for his car. He came away happy as well. I could not recommend this place more highly! They look after their customers full stop.To all the whinging people who have left reviews, I myself have been in the workshop collecting my car only to hear people come barging in making all sorts of claims or just using an unbelievably rude tone from the moment they arrive. Don't believe them. Maybe they have been breathing too much exhaust or something who knows. What I can say is if you want your Honda vehicle running as it should, for a fair price, a quick turnaround and with no nonsense, then HondWorld is THE place to go.
