Saved my aging 2004 VW Golf! A coolant leak where the hose connected to the engine was too big a job for my local mechanic. I contacted two VW specialists who didn’t even get back to me. On my uncle’s recommendation—and even though it’s not a Honda—I tried Hondworld. Chris and his Euro car specialist immediately popped the bonnet, inspected, and within minutes found the issue. They ordered the parts and had it fixed just a couple of hours later. Couldn’t believe it! It’s running fantastic, the price was reasonable, and no more weekly trips to Bunnings for demineralized water bottles. They demonstrated expert knowledge, and the front desk team was friendly. Highly recommend—even if you don’t drive a Honda—for an honest inspection and quote.

I've had my 1999 Honda Odyssey serviced at Hondaworld for the last 10 years. They are super obliging, always able to get the car in quickly for a service, and always able provide a courtesy car. They are a no-nonsense mob, recommending what needs to be done or what can wait for the next service. Best of all they have a giant warehouse of car bits meaning there is never a delay waiting on parts. And did I mention prices are really good? My local Honda dealer quoted $5000 for an automatic transmission replacement. Hondaworld installed a second-hand unit for $1750 which included sending a truck out to drop off a courtesy vehicle and pick up the Odyssey!

Hondworld was recommended to me to follow up an engine issue with my Accord. Chris was very involved from my first call, to when I dropped the car off , to when the car was ready the next day. Chris was able to determine that the timing belt was the main issue, from a first inspection, and provided an immediate quote. I was provided a courtesy car without even asking as I travelled across town. Old school mechanics in an industrial setting. Car is running like new, would recommend Chris and his team for specialist work.

I was in a real pickle getting the parts I needed when my car had broken down. Living in rural NSW I thought it was going to be a very long delay as my mechanic couldn’t find the parts anywhere. Chris and the team not only had the parts I needed but dispatched them very promptly just as he’d promised. The parts arrived one day later and I am mobile again. They were very busy as always at Hondworld but Chris did exactly as promised. Not something that always happens especially in very busy businesses. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

I visited Hondworld today and had a minor issue with my Civic, I spoke to Fred and he came out to the car, found the problem in two seconds and supplied the part FREE of charge. I was looking to get a Cvt O ring for my 2018 Honda Jazz from a local Honda spare parts department but there are no stock at all in Victoria and Honda HQ is on back order and won't be arrived in early October, so I went to Hondaworld to try my luck yesterday , given the correct Honda part number to the Staff, he was very helpful to check it out from their boxes of parts but nothing in stock, then he walk to the end of the warehouse and found one in a really good condition and didn't charge me anything.When try to replace it on my Jazz but its one size bigger , doesn't fit.But still I am very grateful the staff from Hondaworld was super helpful to find the O ring for me even its not fit in the end.Will definitely come back again if anything in need in the future.Thank you very much again.

Absolutely love Hondworld. Took my car in today to Hondworld in Clayton as my Honda Accord V6 had developed a tapping sound. I wasn’t sure where the sound was coming from but the mechanics at Hondworld knew right away that it was a bad tensioner. They recommended that I do not drive the car and we immediately get it replaced. Soon after they sent me a video of the timing belt and it appears to be extremely loose and an image of the debris of the timing belt found in the timing cover (shown below). If I had waited even a day, the timing of the engine could have gone out and I’d need a new engine. The great guys at Hondworld have just saved my car from a terrible disaster and I’m thankful to have their expertise if I need it in the future!

First class! Thomas, Fred, and everyone at Hondaworld were simply excellent. The car required an engine rebuild so they organised to pick it up, take it back to their premises, and started working on it. Three days later it was fixed, and for just over half the price I was quoted at a dealership.In short, excellent and I'd recommend them to anyone.

Chris is a great old fashioned mechanic. Rocked up to get a quote for a retransmission. Went for a drive with Chris - he diagnosed the problem was an engine mount! Watched the mechanic change it out - if was stuffed - why didn't the dealers mechanic find this? Went for another drive - the engine issues I was told was transmission was fixed with new coils. Drives great now - saved $$$ and will be a repeat customer! Thanks Chris and Conner great job - and thanks for the educational experiance too :).
